Refund policy

At Omniore, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent returns process while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, with the exception of earrings and customised jewellery, which are non-returnable for hygiene and personalisation reasons.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in brand new, resellable condition
  • All original packaging, boxes, and contents must be included
  • Any complimentary or free gift items must also be returned

All returns are inspected by our in-house team. If an item does not meet our return standards, the request may be rejected.

Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection. The full return and refund process may take 1–2 weeks.

Return Shipping

Omniore does not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning items to our fulfilment centre.

Return Instructions

To ensure your return is processed efficiently:

  • Include your name and order reference number inside the package
  • For exchanges, clearly state the requested size or item
  • If exchanging for a lower-value item, the difference will be refunded

Refunds

Once your return has been approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of re-delivery
  • If an error was made by our team (e.g., incorrect item or size sent), we will cover all delivery costs and resolve the issue at no additional cost

Important Conditions

  • Returns or exchanges requested after the 14-day period will not be accepted
  • Earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons
  • Our in-store policy may differ from our online policy

Proof of Return

We strongly recommend that customers:

  • Keep a record of the tracking number
  • Retain proof of postage

Omniore is not responsible for lost or missing return parcels.

1-Year Warranty Guarantee

All Omniore jewellery includes a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use, such as:

  • Faulty clasps

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • General wear and tear
  • Colour changes
  • Improper use or care
  • Damage caused by not following our jewellery care guidelines

As part of this guarantee, customers are entitled to a one-time resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement with an identical item (if available)
  • A similar item of equal value
  • A repair of the original product (where applicable)

Custom Jewellery + Grillz

Custom-made pieces and grillz are:

  • Non-refundable and non-exchangeable
  • Not eligible for replacement under any circumstances
  • Unable to be cancelled or modified once production has started

Due to the bespoke nature of these items, they are created specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.
