NOTE: PVD is a durable gold finish made using Physical Vapor Deposition, designed to give the same smooth, luxurious feel as real gold; it doesn’t tarnish or fade, so it keeps its warm, elegant colour over time with little maintenance.
What Happens After You Order
Step 1 – Consultation & Design Start
After your purchase, our custom design team will arrange a phone call or in-person meeting to discuss your ideas and requirements. Following this consultation, we will begin creating your 3D CAD design.
Step 2 – Design Review & Approval
Within 7 days, you will be presented with design concepts based on your specifications. If you’re happy with the design, we’ll proceed to production. If you’d like any changes, our team will refine the design until it’s exactly how you want it.
Step 3 – Production & Delivery
Once approved, production begins. This process typically takes 1–2 weeks. Your finished custom ring will then be shipped to you via fully insured, tracked delivery.
